With more than 30 years of hospitality leadership and consulting experience, Amy Lugowski has dedicated her career to helping organizations transform vision into thriving venues, stronger businesses, and exceptional guest experiences.
Amy's passion for hospitality began in sports and entertainment, where she gained valuable experience supporting major events including Super Bowl XXX, Fiesta Bowls, NCAA sports, professional sports, concerts, and large-scale public events. After relocating to Colorado, she expanded her expertise with the Colorado Rockies before spending several years in a leadership role with the Denver Broncos Football Club, where she helped develop one of the region's premier event venues while leading sales, operations, and guest experience initiatives.
Her career continued to evolve through senior roles in meetings and incentive trip planning & production, planning regional and national conferences & events, and venue development, including launching Infinity Park Event Center as Director of Sales. These experiences provided a unique perspective on every aspect of hospitality—from strategic planning and business development to operations, marketing, sales, and event execution.
In 2009, Amy joined Blue Eyes Consulting, where she spent more than a decade partnering with venues, hospitality organizations, and nonprofits to strengthen operations, develop revenue strategies, launch new facilities, and position organizations for long-term success. In 2020, she became owner and president, leading the transition to HosDev Consulting and continuing the firm's mission of helping hospitality organizations build sustainable growth through thoughtful strategy, operational excellence, and meaningful client partnerships.
Today, Amy works alongside venue owners, hospitality leaders, developers, and nonprofit organizations to navigate opportunities, overcome challenges, and create businesses that are positioned to thrive for years to come. Her collaborative approach combines strategic insight with practical experience, allowing clients to confidently move from vision to execution.
Outside of consulting, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Colorado's mountains, skiing, and traveling the world. She is also passionate about giving back to the hospitality community through her service as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Membership Committee Co-Chair for the Colorado Event Alliance, where she advocates for the continued growth and success of Colorado's meetings, events, and hospitality industry.
Phoebe Hall,

Phoebe has spent 30+ years in the hospitality industry. She began her training back in high school with a Restaurant Arts vocational class and continued her education in the hospitality industry from there. Applying her college degree in Hospitality Management she worked in various restaurants and event venues throughout the Denver metro area. Her journey started as a Corporate Trainer, then a Banquet Manager, a Catering Director, and then on to Beverage Manager.
Throughout her career she has continued to build knowledge and skills in the liquor and beverage industry keeping up with growing trends and state laws. As a veteran TIPs Certified Trainer for over 20 years, she has trained over 1,000 staff to safely serve alcohol in event venues, restaurants, and stadiums alike.
Finding new ways to share her passion and creativity, she has helped open venues as a Beverage Consultant, extending her knowledge to clients by consulting on liquor licenses, establishing beverage menus, nurturing vendor relationships, managing beverage orders, cultivating signature cocktails, and curating wine, beer, and liquor purchasing lists.
Phoebe leads the HosDev team in all things libations, as well as venue operations, and serves as the go-to consultant for clients for all their beverage needs!
Sarah Hoffenberg,
Event Innovator

Sarah Hoffenberg has over 15 years experience in the private event and wedding industry. She brings an expansive background in private events, starting her career in sales and planning for a full-service catering company. Over the years she moved into business development, wedding planning and venue management.
Her career path has given her a broad perspective on events, from guest experience to operational logistics. This range of experience allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline operations, and ensure events are a success.
Alongside Sarah’s work in events, she is also a professional musician, which adds to her creative approach. Known for her collaborative style, she is also proud of her wedding planning team at Mountainside Events, which was named best wedding planner in 2022, 2023 and 2024 by NoCo Style Magazine.
Adrienne Tucker,
Marketing Magician

With over 20 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media and website management for both Retail and eCommerce brands, Adrienne brings a proven track record of driving online engagement and achieving measurable results to the HosDev Consulting team.
She is proficient in many digital platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics + Ads, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress and Shopify. Her role as the Marketing Magician is integral to enabling HosDev Consulting’s clients to harness the full potential of their digital and social presence, turning online platforms into powerful engines for brand/venue growth, customer engagement and increased profitability.
In her free time, Adrienne is a wine connoisseur, avid gamer, sports enthusiast and fierce “Mama Bear” to a handsome, amazing 7-year old!
