Amy Lugowski,

Amy Lugowski has over 25 years of experience in the events industry with both public and private events. Amy’s career began in Arizona with the sports and entertainment side of events allowing for experiences with Super Bowl XXX, Fiesta Bowls, NFL and NCAA football, NCAA basketball, baseball, and more. Moving to Colorado, Amy continued with public events working with the Colorado Rockies, national touring concerts and earning a bachelor’s degree in Sport Industry Operations and Marketing.
Amy spent several years developing her venue knowledge in planning, key sales and operations roles with the Denver Broncos Football Club at Mile High Stadium and eventually INVESCO Field at Mile High; with a meetings and incentives company where she planned all aspects of meetings, conferences, incentive trips, and events throughout the world; then launching Infinity Park Event Center as the Director of Sales in 2008.
Amy later became an integral part of Blue Eyes Consulting for 11 years where she consulted on business development, venue construction, event and venue operations, marketing and sales in the hospitality industry, consulting with, launching and managing multiple event venues and industry organizations. In 2020, Amy took on an ownership role transitioning the Blue Eyes Consulting team into HosDev Consulting.
As the owner and lead consultant of HosDev Consulting, Amy is thrilled to bring her years of in-depth knowledge in the hospitality industry to clients around the world.
Amy fills her off-hours as mom, wife, avid skier, mountain explorer, international adventurer, and philanthropist and is currently on the board of directors for Colorado Event Alliance.
Brittney Peret,
Venue Visionary

Brittney Peret, a graduate of Colorado State University, has extensive knowledge in venue and event management, having successfully launched, operated and grown multiple venues in Colorado and beyond over the past twelve+ years.
As the Venue Visionary of HosDev Consulting, she assists clients with every aspect of running a successful venue, starting with venue development, how to successfully launch, cultivating vendor relationships, overseeing daily operations, managing sales leads, hosting tours, developing pricing models, and overseeing event day management.
Brittney was recognized by the hospitality industry at the 2018 Colorado Meeting + Events Best Of Awards as the “Up-and-Coming Special Events Professional”.
Phoebe Hall,
Libations Maven

Phoebe has spent 30 years in the hospitality industry. She began her training back in high school with a Restaurant Arts vocational class and continued her education in the hospitality industry from there. Applying her college degree in Hospitality Management she worked in various restaurants and event venues throughout the Denver metro area. Her journey started as a Corporate Trainer, then a Banquet Manager, a Catering Director, and then on to Beverage Manager.
Throughout her career she has continued to build knowledge and skills in the liquor and beverage industry keeping up with growing trends and state laws. As a veteran TIPs Certified Trainer for over 20 years, she has trained over 1,000 staff to safely serve alcohol in event venues, restaurants, and stadiums alike.
Finding new ways to share her passion and creativity, she has helped open venues as a Beverage Consultant, extending her knowledge to clients by consulting on liquor licenses, establishing beverage menus, nurturing vendor relationships, managing beverage orders, cultivating signature cocktails, and curating wine, beer, and liquor purchasing lists.
Phoebe leads the HosDev team in all things libations, and becomes the go-to consultant for clients for all their beverage needs!
Adrienne Tucker,

With over 19 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media and website management for both Retail and eCommerce brands, Adrienne brings a proven track record of driving online engagement and achieving measurable results to the HosDev Consulting team.
She is proficient in many digital platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics + Ads, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress and Shopify. Her role as the Marketing Magician is integral to enabling HosDev Consulting’s clients to harness the full potential of their digital and social presence, turning online platforms into powerful engines for brand/venue growth, customer engagement and increased profitability.
In her free time, Adrienne is a wine connoisseur, avid gamer, sports enthusiast and fierce “Mama Bear” to a handsome, amazing 5-year old!
